Advantages of Performing Groups
The students improve so rapidly because they attend more classes. They have a flat
rate of tuition under which they can take unlimited classes. There is a wide gap
in abilities between the non-performing students and the performing groups. The
students don’t necessarily come any more days, but stay longer. They are associating
with other committed students and that pushes up the level. Performing is a lot
of fun, and the students really enjoy both that and competing. Most of all, besides
the talent that they are learning, is the confidence they gain and the ability to
work together with their team.
StageDebut
NOTE: Students may also compete in solos, duo/trios for extra experience. However,
the group comes first! SummerDance Intensive is taught at Centre
Stage.
Students wishing to audition for any of these groups must complete a contract that
begins from the time they get in until the recital the next year, or Nationals in
July if we attend. Contract available from Centre Stage.
